For score, less than 549 enter 0; 600-649 enter 6; 650-700 enter 8; over 700 enter 10

1-3 Late payments in the Last 6 Months enter 0; 1 Late payment in the last 12 mos enter 4; No late payments in the last 12 months enter 7; no late payments in the last 3 years enter 10

Any collections 0, No collections enter 10. If potential applicants have unresolved collections from utility companies, apartment communities or property management companies it's an automatic denial for us.

0-1 year enter 3; 2-3 years enter 6; 3 years or more or applicants in active military enter 7
