THREE (3) DAY NOTICE TO PAY RENT OR QUIT
How to Serve the 3-Day Notice to Pay Rent or Quit
- Deliver the notice to the tenant in person.
- If the tenant can’t be served in person, the notice can be left with a suitable person at the tenant’s residence or place of business and a copy must be mailed to their residence.
- If 1 and 2 are not an option, the notice can be posted securely in a conspicuous place (front door, etc.) and a copy must be mailed to the tenant’s residence.
