A11Holding Deposit Receipt

Some landlords ask for a holding deposit with the application in order to reserve the property. Holding deposits are different from security deposits. This form makes it absolutely clear under what conditions and how much of the deposit you will keep if the applicant does not sign a lease.
A14Tenant Pre-Screening Questions

Tenant pre-screening saves time by narrowing down the number of showings to pre-qualified applicants only. This should not replace checking credit, background, and references.
