We offer three types of PCR (property condition reports):
- Move-In Report – document the condition of the property before the new tenant moves in (over 250 photos and videos of each room)
- Move-Out Report – documenting the condition of the home after the tenant moves out. This report can be used to get quotes from vendors and to aid in completing the Notice of Intention to Impose Claim on Security Deposit
- Ongoing Property Check – we look for leaks, pets (if not allowed), roommates not on the lease and general condition of property outside and in, test smoke detectors and other services if ordered.
