Zillow started charging for rental listings. Where else can I advertise? It’s $9.99 per week. That’s almost $40 if I keep it listed for a month.

The best free website to list your rental property is Cozy.co. It syndicates the listing to most of the major real estate websites except Trulia and Zillow.
I suggest paying for Zillow because it’s still one of the best sources for leads.
