Responsiveness to showings and answering questions – how fast they responded to our rental inquiries and how fast we can schedule a showing for an available and vacant property.
Efforts to reduce vacancies – listing properties before they become vacant. Listing a property before it’s vacant is very inconvenient for the managers so if they do it, it shows that they make an effort to rent it as fast as possible.
Length on market – how long listings stay on the market if they are vacant and available.
Presentation of current listings – photos, videos, and condition of the property.
